WushuPlanet es el Portal en Internet y Primer Punto de Encuentro Mundial Online sobre el Día Internacional del Practicante de Wushu. que se festeja todos los 7 de diciembre de cada año en forma libre, abierta y sin limitaciones en todo el mundo por todos los practicantes de Wushu

El primer espacio online de este proyecto fué en wushuplanet.com.ar y surge como un tributo, una propuesta para compartir. Sin metas, ni ambiciones se presentaba un día en internet. Desde una excusa para re-encontrarse entre amigos de práctica, la idea llegó más lejos de lo que se esperaba. Más de 11.000 firmas en el primer año de “practicantes” provenientes de más 60 países alrededor del mundo que saturó el “libro de visitas original”, e-mails de apoyo, gente que no era practicante de Wushu y que por curiosidad se acercaron a ver de qué se trataba este día, creado por alguien de Argentina para el mundo.

El proyecto es integrado por un equipo de voluntarios de diferentes partes del mundo relacionados con la actividad y especialistas en diferentes áreas de trabajo sobre programación, diseño, redacción, marketing, comunicación.
